"Sipat She - Garoto"

On May 9, 10, 11 and 12 (2017), the Sipat SHE event took place at the Garoto Chocolates Factory, where, on behalf of the Premium Marketing Promotional Agency, I was responsible for the production and execution of the event.

The event was Garoto's work safety week and featured lectures and discussions on safety, health, environment, and sustainability. The public was the employees themselves, totaling approximately 1,500 people.

By day, there were 15 turns of presentations, of which 6 were in the morning, 6 in the afternoon and 3 in the evening. Each class was composed of 20 employees on average and made the circuit passing through all the stands of the event. At the end of the circuit, they signed the attendance list and responded to the satisfaction survey. In this final environment, we had a telephone structure, the She-Phone, that played once to each arriving group. Whoever answered and correctly answered the question asked (whose subject was one of the subjects discussed during the circuit), won a shirt of the event.

Directly I took care of all visual communication, which had pieces throughout the factory, in addition to the structure of the event itself. Our work included support for the production of the stands, control of reception and exit, attendance lists, satisfaction survey and execution of the She- Phone.

At the end of the 4-day event, we distributed 20 shirts through She-Phone calls and took more information about health, environment, and Garoto's internal security standards to more than 1,000 participants, including employees, third parties, and visitors.
