I was a trainee of events at the company Ecos Events, organizer of events and gastronomic festivals such as Roda de Boteco, Restaurant Week Espirito Santo, and Central Santa Claus.I had direct contact with the stages of project planning and pre-production, execution and accountability.
During my collaboration period at Ecos Eventos in the year 2014, I had my first contact with the universe of events with the Roda de Boteco festival in the editions of Vitória, Caruaru, Recife, Brasilia, and Colatina.
The Roda de Boteco is a gastronomic festival of bars that contemplates and celebrates the cuisine of bars. The festival was born here in Vitoria and has already won the northeast and center of the country, having editions in the cities of Caruaru, Recife, Brasilia, and Colatina. In the event, the participating bars and bars create and register original snacks to compete for the awards. During the festival period, the public visits the bars, try the snack and vote for their favorite. At the end of everything happens the awards party that is the great show of the Botecão.
I was in contact with the participating bars, I fed the Roda website with festival information and snacks in all editions of the year I was active at Ecos. I also participated in the process of performing the closing party of the festival, the Botecão in Colatina and Vitória, which featured concerts by Diogo Nogueira (Colatina) and Beth Carvalho and Zeca Pagodinho (Vitória).
In the 2015 edition of the festival, I went to bars tax. My job was to visit the establishments as "hidden client" and evaluate the items that related to the obligations of the pubs with the dissemination of the festival and the brand.
