In October of 2015, I joined the VEM Disclosure team! Events. I have deepened my experience with the area of social media, strategic planning for dissemination and dissemination tools. In January 2016 I was transferred to the Production area to assist in the production of local parties and events and to assist in the personal production (selection and management of work teams) for the congresses in Porto Seguro.

I was also Supervisor of Food and Beverage, Supervisor of Central of Support and Monitor of Purchases in CONECADES, that happened from the days 20 to 24/04 in Porto Seguro - BA.

From April 20 to 24, and from May 25 to 29 of this year, the 13th edition of CONECADES and the 8th edition of Porto Saúde, respectively, took place in Porto Seguro, Bahia. Achieved by VEM! Events, the congresses already have years of tradition and are considered the largest university congresses in the country. I had the opportunity to take on 3 production functions in these major events, which were: Food Supervision, Support Center Supervision, and Purchasing Monitoring. Basically, I was responsible for feeding all the work teams, outsourced, suppliers, and the restaurant that supplies this need for food. In addition, I was responsible for all the purchases that the events and their departments needed. I was responsible for the Support Center (where support and suppliers were accredited).

The Porto Seguro events were not only a great challenge but also a life lesson.
